The Welcoming Winston is a co-living program for unrelated adults who want the privacy of their own bedroom and the affordability and community of a shared home. Everyone here lives independently: pays their own rent, keeps their own schedule, and looks after their own life.
Our goal is simple: stable, affordable housing in a clean, welcoming home where respectful adults can build a foundation for a brighter, more independent future.
One monthly rate, everything covered
We keep it simple. Every resident gets a fully furnished private bedroom and full access to the shared home, with utilities, Wi-Fi, and household essentials all rolled into a single, affordable monthly payment.

Apply
Fill out the online application: a short and honest look at eligibility, background, and how you plan to cover your monthly rent.
Meet & tour
If you look like a good fit for the house, we'll set up a phone call and an in-person tour so you can meet your future home and housemates.
Move in
Sign your agreement, pay your first month, and move into a private, furnished bedroom in a fully-stocked home.
