The Welcoming Winston is a co-living program for unrelated adults who want the privacy of their own bedroom and the affordability and community of a shared home. Everyone lives independently: pays their own rent, keeps their own schedule, and looks after their own life.

Our goal is simple: stable, affordable housing in a clean, welcoming home where respectful adults can build a foundation for a brighter, more independent future.

## What's Included

Every resident gets a fully furnished private bedroom and full access to the shared home, with all living essentials rolled into one predictable monthly payment:

- Private, furnished bedroom
- All utilities included (power, water, gas)
- High-speed Wi-Fi throughout

## How It Works
